• 50 people MAX Aboard our boats.  After 50 we will send people away with NO EXCEPTIONS.
• If you have alcohol aboard, the person renting the barge MUST be 21. The host WILL be responsible for all persons consuming any alcohol.

Cancellation Policy:  Should LESSEE choose to cancel the reservation no less than fourteen (14) days before the original charter date, an offer to reschedule within the same calendar year will be available to LESSEE and the twenty-five percent (25%) deposit shall be applied toward the rescheduled booking. If this offer is not accepted, then seventy-five percent (75%) of the charter price shall be refunded and the twenty-five percent (25%) deposit shall be non-refundable. If LESSEE cancels within fourteen (14) days of the original charter date, there will be no refund issued.

If it is raining at the marina or if inclement weather is deemed hazardous by your captain within thirty (30) minutes of your scheduled cruise start time, the charter may be delayed or rescheduled within the same calendar year. If it starts raining during the cruise, the cruise will continue unless the weather is deemed to be too severe by the operating captain or the General Manager of VIP Lake Travis Tour Boats, or if LESSEE decides to end the cruise early due to bad weather, at which point a prorated refund will be issued to LESSEE. Any cruise that ends early for any other reason shall not receive a refund.
